Jesse Harper was born and raised right here in Valparaiso. As an attorney, a two-term Center Township Trustee, and a lifelong neighbor, Jesse has built a career on listening, showing up, and doing the work. Now, he’s ready to bring that same steady leadership to City Hall as Valpo's next mayor, grounded in the values that make Valpo strong.
